Registration

• A. Platinum Sponsor – $2,000.00
  Exclusive Logo Placement: Platinum sponsor's logo banner projected in the lunchroom (provided by the sponsor), and on the front page of the conference program.
  
  Verbal Thank-You During Lunch: lunch is provided by (your brand/company)
  
  Dedicated Social Media Posts: Standalone social media post (Facebook, Instagram, X.) highlighting the sponsor one week before AND after the conference.
  
  
  Verbal Thank-You During Keynote Session: Not just at lunch — mention in the most-attended session (Keynote with José Medina).
  
  
  Email Banner Placement: Logo in the banner of all pre-conference reminder emails sent to attendees.

• E. Coffee Break Sponsor – $300.00
  Signs near coffee stations with sponsor's logo, with the text This coffee break is provided to you by (your brand or company).
• F. Conference Paper Materials Sponsor – $200.00
  Sponsor logo on all printed conference documents placed in tote bags.
• G. Conference Insert – $100.00
  Paper insert included in all tote bags. Note: Paper insert needs to be supplied by the sponsor at least ONE WEEK before the conference deadline (October 11, 2025).
• H. Vendor Table – $150.00
  This ticket is for one table in the Vendor Suite and one lunch. Additional vendors at the table should sign up as a guest.
• I. Presenter
  This ticket is for presenters whose proposals have been accepted and one lunch. Co-presenters need to be registered below as guests.
• J. Student Volunteer
  This is for RIC students who choose to volunteer on the day of the conference.
