THE JOHN O. PASTORE TEACHER STUDY STIPEND

            This year RIFLA is offering a study stipend of three hundred dollars ($300.00) to a RIFLA member who is planning to study in the Summer of 2007 or the Academic Year 2007-2008.  The course of study may include a language course or workshop that will enrich the member's teaching experience.  This stipend is dedicated fondly to the memory of Senator John O. Pastore, and honored statesman and life-long supporter of higher education in Rhode Island.

            Deadline for nominees is March 15, 2007.  The stipend will be awarded at our Spring Dinner Meeting in May.  All who are interested please fill in the necessary information below and return to:
